Day 1: Kampala → Murchison Falls National Park
- Drive time: ~6 hours
- Highlights:
- Rhino tracking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary en route
- Top of Murchison Falls visit where the Nile explodes through a narrow gorge
- Accommodation: Paraa Safari Lodge / Pakuba Safari Lodge / Red Chilli Rest Camp
ay 2: Murchison Falls Safari & Nile Boat Cruise
- Activities:
- Morning game drive (look for lions, elephants, giraffes, and leopards)
- Afternoon Nile boat cruise to the base of the falls (hippos, crocs, and birds)
- Optional: Short hike to the top of the falls
- Accommodation: Same as Day 1
Day 3: Murchison Falls → Queen Elizabeth National Park
- Drive time: ~7–8 hours (long drive but scenic)
- Highlights:
- Drive through beautiful Albertine Rift Valley
- Optional stop at Hoima or Fort Portal for lunch/stretch
- Accommodation: Mweya Safari Lodge / Elephant Plains / Bush Lodge
Day 4: Queen Elizabeth National Park Safari
- Activities:
- Morning game drive in Kasenyi Plains
- Afternoon Kazinga Channel boat cruise (huge populations of hippos and birds)
- Optional: Visit Katwe Salt Lake
- Accommodation: Same as Day 3
Day 5: Queen Elizabeth → Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
- Drive time: ~4–5 hours via Ishasha Sector
- Highlights:
- Game drive in Ishasha (look for tree-climbing lions)
- Arrive in Bwindi in the evening
- Accommodation: Buhoma Lodge / Gorilla Mist / Rushaga Gorilla Camp
Day 6: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
- Activities:
- Early morning gorilla trek (up to 6 hours depending on group location)
- Afternoon at leisure or community visit
- Accommodation: Same as Day 5
Day 7: Bwindi → Lake Bunyonyi → Kampala/Entebbe
- Drive time: Bwindi to Bunyonyi (2 hours), then to Kampala (7 hours)
- Highlights:
- Canoe ride or relax by Lake Bunyonyi
- Scenic drive back to Kampala or Entebbe (or fly from Kisoro to Entebbe)
- Optional overnight in Entebbe depending on flight
